The Holiday
Ride legendary trails like Slickrock, Amasa back and Porcupine Rim and let us show you why Moab has become the mountain bike mecca of the World. We'll show you the best of Moab, the La Sal mountains and Fruita giving you and unforgettable two weeks of riding.
Moab is situated on the eastern edge of the Utah desert in between Arches and Canyonlands National park, meaning your stay is almost guaranteed to have glorious sunny days in among breathtaking sandstone scenery. Ever since mountain biking first appeared, Moab has been talked about with passion for being 'the' place to ride and to this day it is a destination on the wish list of cyclists worldwide. From the off-road fanatics to casual beginners, at some point, everyone should sample the truly unique Moab experience.

The trails are like nothing you'll have ever seen in the UK, or the rest of the World for that matter! Ride along the edge of mighty rift valleys with 1000ft. cliffs only metres from your tyres or catch a glimpse of the powerful Colorado River surging in the canyons below. The weathered sandstone formations are only part of the trip but provide some fantastic photo opportunities or at least just a chance to stop and gaze in wonderment. Under your tyres rolls a whole mixture of terrain, but all with a unique Moab twist. The fast flowing singletracks are adorned with more technical sections the you can imagine; drops, ledges, rock gardens, loose dust, hard-pack sand and large expanses of slickrock all make up the thrill of the local trails. The name of the game is rocks, rocks and more rocks, but even if you can't ride this terrain when you arrive you'll be an expert by the end of the two weeks!
The trails are however, only part of this mountain biker’s paradise. The town boasts a lively atmosphere, an abundance of shops, friendly locals and restaurants to suit all pallets, all of which are geared up to provide a great time by day and night. Most establishments are locally owned too so you can savor local culture properly without having to resort to an American chain restaurant like so many other places. The town is a vibrant mix of outdoor enthusiasts, Native Americans and Mormons amongst others and as such you can relax in small boutiques full of locally made treasures or take a thrill ride in a Hummer across the back country of the Utah dessert. Whatever your interests, you won't be short of something to do in between the rides.
